Luis Miramontes

Luis Miramontes’ journey in the construction industry is an inspiring tale of dedication, hard work, and continuous learning. Growing up within a family of contractors and tradesmen provided him with a unique opportunity to immerse himself in the various aspects of construction from an early age. His childhood memories of riding in his brothers work truck to check job sites underscore his deep connection to the industry.

With all his prior experience and on-the-job knowledge, Luis was rewarded with a position as craft supervisor for a general construction company, eventually becoming a Project Superintendent overseeing projects of significant scale. His ambition to reach the role of Project Manager drove him to pursue education courses and acquire the necessary software skills. Volunteering on his days off to shadow project managers demonstrates his commitment and determination.

Upon achieving the position of Project Manager, Luis’ focus shifted towards the estimating process, aiming to master the skills needed to guide a project from inception to completion. His well-rounded experience in all construction phases uniquely positioned him to assist clients in property purchase and development. The clients he helped all had one thing in common: the lack of help in the early stages of construction and development. The light bulb soon went off, and Pre-Construction Services was the next step in the evolution of his construction career.

With over two decades of proven experience, Luis’s responsibilities at Kaizen Construction include providing strategic leadership to drive growth and profitability. This involves formulating and executing business strategies, overseeing financial performance, and ensuring operational excellence in project delivery. Luis fosters a positive organizational culture, building high-performance teams, and engaging with key stakeholders. Luis stands as a seasoned veteran in the construction industry, a testament to the rewards that come with hard work, dedication, and a genuine passion for the craft.

Bobby Guzman, MBA, MSML

Bobby Guzman's career journey began modestly in the agricultural fields of Eastern Washington. His dedication and commitment have been the cornerstone of his progress, influencing his work in every aspect, including his family, community, and role at Kaizen Construction & Development.

Bobby enlisted in the United States Air Force, embracing significant responsibilities at a young age. His time in the Air Force was marked by involvement in several Department of Defense projects, notably leading projects in the Advanced Air to Air Medium Range Missile Program, valued at over $1.1 Billion.

While enlisted in the Air Force, seeking personal and professional development, Bobby attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, earning a Bachelor’s in Project Management. After six years of service, he returned to his roots to continue his career in project management. His passion for construction and his experience in project management led him to study the field intensely, managing residential and commercial projects from inception to completion and specializing in project cost analysis. He further enhanced his expertise by obtaining a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Leadership and Management. 

With a rich background spanning over ten years in Project Management, Bobby co-leads Kaizen Construction and Development, skillfully overseeing large construction projects towards completion within set timelines, budgets, and to exceptional quality standards. He plays a pivotal role in the strategic direction and expansion of the company. In addition to this, Bobby oversees financial aspects, including budgeting and strategic planning, and is diligent in managing risks and upholding the organization's safety and legal compliance. His entrepreneurial drive fuels his commitment to ongoing learning and development. Aligning with the principle of "Kaizen," which symbolizes continual improvement, Bobby is dedicated to pioneering innovative strategies that benefit his clients and team members, acknowledging them as the core of the business.
